An antique silver plated tea pot from Great Britain. My husband and I found this tea pot at a flea market in London many years ago. For years we used it daily.
I have always marveled at the intricate etchings, scrolling leaf forms and flowers that have always made me think of Indian fabrics and cashmere shawls so popular in the 19th century. The handle formed in the shape of bamboo completes the exotic dreams of distant lands.
