This enameled coffee pot stands apart from the other members of the series. Although the materials are much more humble, care was taken with its design. The design is as carefully thought out as its function.
While it bears no patina, the marbled enamel provides its own unique beauty. Picture this coffee pot in a 19th century kitchen waiting for a pause in the day's work and a gathering of neighbors.
I can also see it heating over an open fire at a hunting camp in the Adirondacks. Late night by the fire where tall tales are shared among friends.
