A lovely September day was spent planting daffodil bulbs around town. The feel of these bulbs, solid yet wrapped in a delicate papery skins so at odds with delicate beauty of the golden flowers that will emerge in the spring. I wanted to celebrate the promise that a simple bulb holds.
