Studio interior with plants by a window. A rainy spring day intensifies the green of young plants by the studio window. Pale green leaves of the Rose of Sharon tree are echoed in flashes of reflections. Garden books on a marble table and two plants, a baby oak tree and a climbing hydrangea. On the window ledge sits a glass oil lamp and a glass insulator. The purple grays, seen both outside and in, simultaneously enhance the lively greens, but also remind us that spring is not always gentle.
